Okay, it's not exactly what I set out to do when I started.  I realized that I might be able to use Bryce's lattice creator to make Roger Dean-looking landscapes.  But what I wound up with after two weeks of render time in Bryce on my big G4 looks more like the New South Hades Galleria's parking level, without the cars. In addition to the pics you see here, you can download a Quicktime VR scene (228 k) of it and the Bryce file (4.3 meg) itself.   (See how quickly Bryce Lightning works on a few dozen machines. I'd love to see a huge version of it.)
